Fluorescent Painting Series
A sustained investigation into fluorescent paint: pours, spray paint and oil pastel that come alive under UV light.
Art is about pushing boundaries, and this series was an exploration of fluorescent paints. Using every fluorescent medium I could find, from pour painting to spray paint to oil pastels, I built a body of work that glows under UV light.
It took a deep understanding of materials and technique, and the results are a feast of colour and texture.
